Class Schedule
 

I offer regular weekly yoga classes and yoga and meditation workshops.

My teaching passion is to support students in connecting to their authentic selves. I focus on building strength and tenacity, and exploring some of the more challenging aspects of our humanness through deep breathing, centering, grounding, and how we hold ourselves together (and how we don’t) in each practice.

My current inspirations are Sandra Robinson’s REbalance Yoga and Denise Hopkins Yoga’s blend of Yoga Tune Up and Forrest.
